The date is set: Scryde Classic X5 launches on September 4, 2026. It's a new classic server at x5 rates under the motto "Dive into Nostalgia" — honest old-school for anyone who misses mid-2000s online games.

When it starts

The server opens on September 4, 2026. Everyone starts equal: veterans and newcomers enter the same world from scratch, with no head start and nothing carried over from a previous season. It's the classic fair old-school format, where a spot at the top is earned with time and brains, not by who logged in first.

What Scryde Classic X5 is

Scryde Classic is a return to the classics "like it was back in 2005": old balance, familiar mechanics, a measured leveling pace, and that feeling of stepping into a big online world for the first time. One thing to be clear about: this isn't Lineage 2 and it isn't a remake of any single old game — it's a standalone old-school server by Scryde, its own take on the classics, not tied to anyone else's universe.

The x5 rate is the sweet spot: noticeably slower than "turbo" servers, but without the endless grind. Even someone with a job and a couple of hours in the evening can reach the interesting content, PvP and sieges.

What's new

Classic doesn't mean "a museum piece." Scryde Classic X5 adds a few modern touches to the familiar old-school:

  • new skill upgrade branches — more variety in character builds;
  • a reworked attribute system with linear damage and defense scaling;
  • an updated buffer interface (Alt+B), available in safe zones;
  • boosted champions — more danger and more loot out in the open world;
  • single-window play only and fair progress with no automation — old-school in its purest form.

Who it's for

Scryde Classic X5 is for those who remember what it was like: forming a party for a single boss, learning the map by heart, haggling over every item, and celebrating a rare drop like a holiday. It's nostalgia for an era when online games were slower but deeper — and at the same time a modern, stable remaster of that era, not a dusty archive.
