When it is in inventory, increases the rates of EXP, SP, Adena, Drop, Spoil, Epaulettes by 10%. Also increases damage to monsters and bosses by 10%. You can use it together with other items that increase your rates (such as an agathion-helper). It can't be dropped or exchanged.
