Ways to Make Adena
Adena is the core currency of the game. Without it you cannot buy gear, consumables or NPC services. There are three main ways to earn it. Grind mobs and sell the drops. Use Spoil with a Bounty Hunter to extract materials that mobs never drop normally. Craft items and sell them through trading.
Another option is the Manor, a seed-sowing system on castle territories. You will find the details in the economy guide.
Best Farming Spots
| Level | Spot | Why it pays |
|---|---|---|
| 40-55 | Cruma Tower | High mob density and valuable drops. |
| 40-55 | Ant Nest | Ideal for spoiling crafting materials. |
| 60-75 | Catacombs | Valuable crystals and recipes. |
| 76+ | Primeval Isle | Top adena-per-hour at endgame. |
Travel between spots through gatekeepers. Before you head out to farm, always grab buffs from an NPC Buffer.
Best Adena-Farming Classes
| Class | Role | Why it farms adena |
|---|---|---|
| Bounty Hunter | Spoiler | Spoil yields extra materials that mobs never drop normally โ often worth two to three times the standard loot. |
| Sorcerer | AoE nuker | Mows down dozens of mobs per minute with AoE farming. |
| Spellhowler | AoE nuker | Same AoE-clear power as the Sorcerer for fast pack farming. |
| Tyrant | Solo fighter | Steady solo farming with minimal consumable costs. |

Money-Saving Tips
Spend your Soulshots and Spiritshots wisely. Do not burn them on mobs far below your level. Sell off unwanted weapons and armor through a private store in Giran, the main trading hub. Crystallize junk gear for crystals. Watch prices and buy consumables in bulk from grocery merchants.
Passive Income & Trading
Beyond active grinding, you can also earn passively. Trading through a private store in Giran is one of the most profitable methods. Buy resources and items cheaply at night or during low-population hours, then resell them higher during prime time. To start, you need some seed capital and a feel for market prices.
Crafting brings steady income too. A Warsmith creates A-grade weapons and armor that are always in demand. Get recipes from Raid Bosses or buy them on the market. The Manor gives clans that own castles a steady income โ sow seeds and harvest the crop every day.
Keep an eye on server events. Exclusive items often appear during events โ snap them up and sell them later at a markup. The strategy is risky, but for experienced traders it brings excellent profit.
Common Adena-Farming Mistakes
The biggest beginner mistake is farming spots that do not match your level. Mobs that are too weak drop next to nothing. Mobs that are too strong devour all your Soulshots and potions before you can turn a profit. Pick a zone where you kill quickly and waste little.
The second mistake is ignoring Spoil. Many players never use Spoil, even though the extra materials it yields are often worth more than the standard drop. No Bounty Hunter? Level one as a dedicated farming alt.
The third mistake is selling items to NPCs instead of players. NPC merchants pay far below market price. Always check prices in Giran before you dump valuable items. Even crystals from crystallization sell better through a private store โ the markup reaches 20-50% compared to NPCs.
