Overview
Soulshots (SS) are a consumable that boosts the physical damage of your next attack by 100%. They are the core ammunition for every physical class — fighters, daggers and archers all burn through SS while farming and in PvP. Without them, your melee and ranged damage drops roughly in half, so keeping a stocked SS pouch is non-negotiable for any physical DD.
Grades
Soulshots come in grades that match your weapon: No-grade, D, C, B, A and S. You must use the SS grade that fits your weapon's grade — a B-grade weapon needs B-grade SS to fire. You can buy them from NPC grocers or craft them with a Warsmith, and crafting is usually the cheaper route.

Consumption & Cost
How fast you burn SS depends on your class's attack speed. Archers spend fewer SS — they attack slowly but hit hard — while daggers and high-Atk.Spd fighters chew through SS far faster. Grinding with an A-grade weapon, expect to consume roughly 3,000–8,000 SS per hour.

To cut costs, craft your SS through a Warsmith alt instead of buying from NPCs — this saves roughly 30–40% of your Adena. On a low-rate server, shaving SS costs is one of the biggest factors in profitable farming. Finally, enable automatic shot use in your character menu so SS fire on every attack without manual clicking.
