TL;DR: Spoil is the signature Bounty Hunter skill: you mark a living mob, kill it, then loot extra crafting materials with Sweeper. It's the backbone of the Spoiler economy and one of the most reliable ways to farm Adena.

Overview

Spoil is the unique skill of the Bounty Hunter (Fortune Seeker after the 3rd class transfer) and the foundation of the Spoiler economy. The skill tags a living mob so it drops extra materials. After you kill the marked mob, you cast Sweeper to collect the loot. Spoil yields crafting materials, recipes and other valuable items you can't get from normal drops.

Once the mob is marked and killed, use Sweeper to gather the spoiled materials before the corpse disappears.

How to Use

Spoil is the main source of crafting materials in the game. The Bounty Hunter grinds mobs, casts Spoil before the kill, then collects the loot with Sweeper. The materials you get โ€” key parts, crystals and recipes โ€” can be sold to other players or used for crafting. The Bounty Hunter is one of the most profitable classes for Adena farming precisely because of this loop.

Tips

Always cast Spoil before the mob dies โ€” if it dies unmarked, the extra materials are lost for good. Learn the spoil tables so you know which mobs drop the most valuable materials. When AoE farming with Whirlwind, use Spoil Festival (the AoE version) to tag a whole mob pack at once. For steady income, pairing Spoil with Sweeper makes the Bounty Hunter a top pick for reliable Adena farming through material sales.
