This item is required for summoning a Beach Chair that you can use for relaxation and rest. You have to use the Beach Chair during the Summer Season for fishing on the Azure Beach to receive up to 1,000 Fame every day (50 Fame every 5 minutes). It can't be exchanged or dropped.
