Hell Soul

Fills with Infernal Power, increases PvE damage by 10%, PvE defence by 10%, Atk. Spd. by 10%, Speed by 10. Absorbs 10% of P. skill damage into HP. Increases the power of skills with an attracting effect. Reduces MP consumption for physical skills by 50%. Upgrades the Fire Clap skill to Hellfire Clap. It doesn't work in the Olympiad.
