1st Class Transfer (Level 20)
At level 20 you earn your 1st class transfer. Talk to the Grand Master in your race's town and pick up the quest chain. These quests are simple and take 30–60 minutes. When you finish, you choose a specialization: fighter, mage or archer. This choice shapes everything that comes after, so read up on races before you commit.
Decide on your final class in advance. Open the class tier list and lock in your development path before you take the 1st class transfer.
2nd Class Transfer (Level 40)
The 2nd class transfer is the key milestone. At level 40 you complete the 2nd class transfer quest. It is noticeably harder than the first: you hunt specific monsters, gather items and travel between locations. The transfer unlocks the core skills that define your role in a party.
For example, a Cleric becomes a Bishop (healer) or a Prophet (buffer). The choice is permanent, so study both classes carefully before you decide. Grab leveling buffs from the NPC Buffer first.
3rd Class Transfer (Level 76)
You earn your 3rd class transfer at level 76. A longer quest series awaits, including trials in the Ivory Tower and other locations. The 3rd transfer unlocks your most powerful class skills and sharply boosts your character. Before you start, set up a subclass — you will need it for part of the chain.

Race-Specific Notes
Each race has its own starting town and its own class-transfer NPCs. Humans begin on Talking Island, Elves in the Elven Village, Dark Elves in the Dark Elven Village, Orcs in the Orc Village, and Dwarves in the Dwarven Village. Preparing for a Class Transfer
Prep for the quests ahead of time. For the 1st class transfer, basic D-grade gear and a stack of Soulshots is enough. The 2nd is more demanding: bring a C-grade weapon and a supply of Mana Potions if you play a mage. Always pick up buffs from the NPC Buffer before you start the quest.
The 3rd class transfer demands maximum prep. You want solid B-grade gear or better, and a party for some of the stages. Learn the quest route in advance so you don't waste time hunting for NPCs and monsters. Stockpile Adena before you begin — teleporting between locations adds up fast.
Common Class Transfer Problems
The most common issue is not finding the NPC to start the quest. Every class transfer quest begins with your race's Grand Master. Quest not showing up? Check your level and make sure you completed the previous class transfer. Another cause is an active quest blocking a new one from being offered.
The second problem is being underleveled for the quest monsters. Level 2–3 above the minimum requirement and the quest goes smoothly. Mages often run out of mana during long quest chains — bring extra potions. And remember the subclass system — it bails you out on the 3rd class transfer quests.
