TL;DR: Noblesse is a level 75 status that unlocks endgame play โ€” Olympiad and Hero, plus Noblesse Blessing (keeps your buffs after death), Noblesse Gate (cheap instant town teleport) and party buffs. Get it as early as you can; it makes your character far more effective in PvP and raids.

Overview

Noblesse is an honorary status that opens the door to endgame content. You earn it through the Noblesse quest. Without it, the key high-level systems of the game stay locked behind you.

How to Get

The main route is the Noblesse quest, available from level 75. You'll visit NPCs across several towns, kill Raid Bosses (RB) and collect quest items. It's one of the longest quests in the game. To take down the quest Raid Bosses, bring a party of 9โ€“18 players.

On some servers the quest is partly streamlined โ€” a few stages are shortened, but the core structure remains. A handful of servers also offer Noblesse through alternative methods, so check the details on your server's forum.

Privileges

PrivilegeWhat it gives you
Olympiad accessEntry to the Olympiad โ€” the PvP tournament with unique rewards and the Hero title.
Noblesse GateInstant teleport to any town for a minimal fee.
Noblesse BlessingKeeps all your buffs after death (without it, buffs are wiped completely).
StriderThe mount becomes available during castle sieges.
Fortune of NoblesseA party-wide buff that grants Noblesse Blessing to every member of your group.

Why It Matters

Noblesse Blessing is one of the most valuable advantages in the game. Without it, dying in PvP wipes every buff you have (Prophet, Sword Singer, Blade Dancer, self-buffs). That's 10โ€“15 minutes of re-buffing. With Noblesse, your buffs stay and you're ready to fight again instantly.

It's just as important in raids โ€” you get back into the fight quickly after death. Noblesse Gate saves you time and Adena on teleports. And the Olympiad is the only way to become a Hero and earn a Hero Weapon. Get Noblesse as early as possible; your character will become significantly more effective.
