The GM team reviews appeals within 3–7 days.

How to Avoid a Ban
Most bans come from carelessness, not malice. A few simple habits drop your risk to near zero:
- Don't install third-party software. Any auto-farm program, clicker or client modification counts as botting — even if you "just stepped away for a minute."
- Don't trade for real money. Selling Adena, items or leveling for cash is RMT and a permanent ban. Buying from those sellers is punished too.
- Don't share your login. Handing your account to a third party is a frequent cause of bans — the owner answers for violations committed on it.
- Report bugs, don't use them. Found an in-game bug? Message support instead of exploiting it. Bug abuse costs you both the ban and your reputation.

How to Appeal
If a ban looks like a mistake, don't create a new account — that counts as ban evasion and makes things worse. Appeal step by step:
- Open the support section or the relevant thread on the official forum.
- State the exact login of the banned account and the ban date.
- Describe the circumstances calmly and to the point: what happened, what software was running, whether there were outside logins to the account.
- Attach evidence if you have it (screenshots, password-change logs from a hack).
The more specific and polite your message, the faster the GM team decides. Rudeness and spamming reports only drag the review out.
Common Ban Myths
"I was banned for no reason" — the system records actions in logs, and bans aren't issued without grounds. Request the details through an appeal. "You can't get banned for a mute" — systematic chat violations escalate into a full ban. "Changing my IP will lift the ban" — the ban is tied to the account, and dodging the penalty with new accounts is a separate violation.
