Overview
Blooded Fabric is the item you cannot reach the Raid Boss Baium without. It is required to awaken the boss at the top of the Tower of Insolence. You either earn it through the quest or buy it from other players.
How to Get It

Remember the item is consumable: you need a new Blooded Fabric for every Baium summon. The exact quest conditions can vary by server, so check the current requirements on the forum before you commit.
Tower of Insolence
The Tower of Insolence (ToI) is a multi-floor tower next to Aden Castle Town. It has 14 floors, each tougher than the last:

Every floor has a teleport upward. The mobs drop valuable loot: A-grade recipes, materials and the Codex of Giant. The path to Baium runs through all the floors, so make sure your party can clear them without wiping.
Awakening Baium
At the top of the tower stands a statue of the sleeping Baium. Click it with a Blooded Fabric in your inventory and the boss wakes up. Before you activate it, make sure your entire raid (36-72 players) is already at the top and ready to fight. Baium hits with powerful AoE attacks and knocks players into the air. Once you start, there is no exit - only a kill or a wipe. After he dies, Baium respawns in a few days.
