Tallum Heavy is an A-grade heavy armor set. It's the natural pick for tanks — Paladin, Dark Avenger (DA), Temple Knight (TK) and Shillien Knight (SK). The set offers high P.Def and an HP bonus, so you soak more damage and hold aggro longer.
Set Bonus
The full Tallum Heavy set grants the highest P.Def among A-grade heavy sets plus an HP bonus. That combination makes it the best choice for PvE — Raid Boss (RB) fights, tanking in a party and farming dangerous locations. Every piece drops Sealed, so you need to unseal it at the Blacksmith of Mammon for Ancient Adena before the set bonus applies.
Tallum vs DC Heavy
The two A-grade heavy sets serve different roles. Tallum Heavy maxes P.Def and HP and shines against physical damage; Dark Crystal (DC) Heavy balances P.Def and M.Def, which is stronger against mages in PvP.
