Overview
The Staff of Evil Spirits is the top B-grade staff for mages. Sorcerers, Spellhowlers and Necromancers all rely on it. With the Mana Up Special Ability (SA) it also raises your maximum MP, keeping you in the casting rotation longer.
How to Get
The staff is crafted by a Warsmith from a Staff of Evil Spirits Head plus Crystal B. The parts drop from level 55–65 monsters in Dragon Valley and the Tower of Insolence. The recipe is sold by players or obtained as a drop.

Which Classes Use It
The Staff of Evil Spirits is the main weapon for every nuker at the B-grade stage: Sorcerer, Spellhowler, Spellsinger and Necromancer. It delivers the highest M.Atk of any B-grade weapon, but it's two-handed, so you can't equip a shield.
