Overview
The Turek War Hound is a level 20–30 Beast-type war dog that serves the Turek orcs. These aggressive beasts are trained to guard the orc camps and attack any intruder on sight. You usually find the Turek War Hound near the Turek Orc line of mobs, forming linked groups where the hound and the orc attack together. Fast and vicious, it is a real threat to underprepared characters.
Stats & Drops
The Turek War Hound has moderate HP, high Atk. Spd and low P.Def. It drops Animal Bone, Animal Skin, Leather and other materials used to craft D-grade gear. Spoil yields Thread, Suede and Iron Ore. Adena drops in small amounts. As a Beast type, the Turek War Hound is vulnerable to skills that target beasts. The drop is modest but steady, and when farmed alongside the rest of the camp it becomes profitable.

Tactics
The Turek War Hound is aggressive and has social aggro — attack one hound and the nearby Turek Orc mobs join the fight. The recommended level range is 25–33. Pull mobs one at a time, dragging them away from the camp to avoid mass aggro. D-grade gear is enough for solo farming. The hound's fast attack speed makes it nasty for mages, since casting under constant hits is awkward. Fighters and archers handle it far more comfortably.
Location
Turek Orc Camp sits west of Gludio, in hilly terrain next to the Wasteland. The camp holds several mob groups: Turek Orc, Turek Orc Warrior, Turek Orc Shaman and the Turek War Hound. The nearest teleport is from the town of Gludio. The zone borders Ol Mahum territory, letting you alternate targets. The spawn is dense, which keeps farming uninterrupted across levels 25–35.
