Overview
Seven Signs is a global event where you pick a side โ Dawn or Dusk โ and influence the state of the world. It is one of the core server mechanics, deciding your access to important NPCs and in-game bonuses.
Dawn vs Dusk
Dawn unlocks the Blacksmith of Mammon. Dusk unlocks the Trader of Mammon. The winner is decided by the number of Seal Stones turned in. To join a side, talk to the Seven Signs Priest NPC in any major town.
| Side | Reward on victory | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Dawn | Blacksmith of Mammon | Swap A-grade weapons and enchant accessories. |
| Dusk | Trader of Mammon | Buy rare items for Ancient Adena. |
Your choice is locked for one period (usually two weeks). You can only switch sides at the start of a new period. If one side is far stronger, the game may limit new sign-ups to it.
Seal Stones & Farming
Seal Stones come in three types โ Green, Blue and Red โ and drop from mobs in the catacombs and necropolises. Green is the most common, Blue is mid-tier, and Red is the rarest and most valuable.
| Location | Mob level |
|---|---|
| Catacomb of Dark Omens | 40-50 |
| Catacomb of the Heretic | 50-60 |
| Catacomb of the Branded | 60-70 |
| Necropolis of Sacrifice | varies |
| Necropolis of Devotion | varies |
Turn the stones in to the Seven Signs Priest NPC โ he credits points to your side. The more stones you turn in, the higher your side's chance of victory.
Mammon Merchants
Blacksmith of Mammon lets you swap one A-grade weapon for another (with a fee) and enchant accessories using special stones. He is available to the Dawn side on victory. Trader of Mammon sells rare items for Ancient Adena โ the currency you earn by turning in Seal Stones โ and is available to the Dusk side on victory. Both NPCs spawn in catacombs and necropolises and teleport every few minutes, so you have to track them down.
Periods & Results
Seven Signs runs in two-week cycles. The first week is the Registration Period: you pick a side. The second is the Competition Period: you farm and turn in Seal Stones. At the end the points are tallied, and the winning side takes control of the Seals.
What that gives you: access to the Mammon NPCs, drop bonuses in the catacombs, and price changes at NPC merchants. Some servers shorten the Seven Signs periods, so keep an eye on the in-game announcements.
