TL;DR: The Trader of Mammon is a roaming NPC who swaps Ancient Adena for rare goods you can't buy elsewhere โ€” high-grade enchant scrolls, Blessed scrolls, Codex of Giant and Seal Stones. He shares a schedule with the Blacksmith of Mammon, and access depends on the Seven Signs winner.

Overview

The Trader of Mammon is a wandering merchant who exchanges Ancient Adena for valuable items: scrolls, crafting materials and special consumables. He appears alongside the Blacksmith of Mammon on a fixed schedule. For high-level players he is one of the key NPCs, offering unique stock that ordinary town merchants simply don't carry.

Wares

ItemWhat it does
Enchant ScrollsEnchant Weapon Scroll (EWS) and Enchant Armor Scroll (EAS), A-grade and S-grade. Pricey (thousands of Ancient Adena), but one of the main scroll sources on the server.
Blessed Enchant ScrollsBlessed Enchant Scroll (BEWS / BEAS) โ€” on a failed enchant the item survives and only resets to +0 instead of shattering. Much more expensive than standard scrolls.
Crafting materialsRecipes and key materials for A/S-grade gear.
Seal StonesReverse trade: spend Ancient Adena on Seal Stones to take part in the Seven Signs.
Special consumablesRare potions, scrolls and components not sold by ordinary NPCs.
Codex of GiantRequired to learn level 76+ skills. A valuable resource that's hard to obtain any other way.

Ancient Adena & Farming

Ancient Adena (AA) is the dedicated currency for the Mammon NPCs. Ways to earn it:

SourceDetails
Seven SignsThe main source. Turn in Seal Stones to the Seven Signs Priest. Rate: Blue = 3 AA, Green = 5 AA, Red = 10 AA.
Catacombs & NecropolisThe Seven Signs dungeons, where Seal Stones and Ancient Adena drop directly from mobs.
Raid BossesSome Raid Bosses (RB) drop Ancient Adena outright.

Ancient Adena does not convert to regular Adena and vice versa, so farm it deliberately โ€” buying from the Trader of Mammon burns through it fast. On higher-rate servers (X50+) the amount of Ancient Adena you can farm may be increased.

Location & Access

The Trader of Mammon only appears under certain conditions: the side that wins the Seven Signs decides who can reach him. If Dawn wins, the Trader is available in towns for Dawn members; if Dusk wins, only for Dusk. On a tie, the Trader is unavailable.

The Trader of Mammon also changes location on a schedule, moving between towns. You can ask the Seven Signs Priest for his current whereabouts. He typically shows up in cities such as Aden, Giran, Goddard and Rune. His schedule and access rules follow the standard mechanics.
