Overview
Seven Signs is a weekly, server-wide system. You compete against other players for control of the seals by picking a side: Dawn or Dusk. The result decides access to key NPCs and the economic conditions across the whole server.
Sides & Seals
Three seals set the balance of power. Capturing a seal requires your side to score more points โ by turning in Seal Stones โ than the opposing side. Each side can hold anywhere from 0 to 3 seals.
| Seal | Controls | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Seal of Avarice | Catacombs | The winning side gets increased Seal Stone drops inside the Catacombs. |
| Seal of Gnosis | Necropolises | Grants bonuses to the side that controls the Necropolises. |
| Seal of Strife | Castle taxes | Affects castle tax rates and how the Mammon NPCs operate. |
Consequences
The winning side gains access to the Mammon NPCs. The Catacombs and Necropolises change their access mode depending on the results, which ripples through the whole server economy.
| Outcome | What it means |
|---|---|
| One side captures all three seals | A period of domination begins: only that side can use the Blacksmith and Trader of Mammon, castle taxes shift, and extra NPCs appear in the Catacombs. |
| Neither side controls a single seal | A neutral period โ the Mammon NPCs are unavailable to everyone. Without the Blacksmith of Mammon you cannot add augmentation or SA. |
How to Participate
Visit the Seven Signs Priest NPC in any major town and choose your side โ Dawn or Dusk โ during the registration period. Then farm Seal Stones in the Catacombs and Necropolises and turn them in to the Seven Signs Priest so the points go to your side.
| Seal Stone | Points |
|---|---|
| Green Seal Stone | 1 |
| Blue Seal Stone | 5 |
| Red Seal Stone | 10 |
For the stones you turn in you receive Ancient Adena โ a special currency for purchases from the Trader of Mammon. Seven Signs period lengths can vary from the classic schedule, so keep an eye on the server news.
