TL;DR: The Olympiad is 1v1 ranked PvP for level 76+ Noblesse characters, run on a stripped arena where external buffs are removed โ€” so classes with strong base mechanics win. Farm points every period, trade tokens for Blessed Enchant Scrolls, and top your class to claim Hero status and a Hero weapon.

Olympiad Rules

The Olympiad is a 1v1 ranked PvP system for level 76+ characters. To take part you need Noblesse status. Matches run on a dedicated arena where gear is capped and external buffs are stripped. Register with the Olympiad Manager in town.

An Olympiad period lasts one month. At the end, the player with the most points in each class earns Hero status. Matches split into two modes:

ModeOpponentsPoints
ClassedOnly your own classAwarded on win or loss
Non-ClassedAny classAwarded on win or loss

Class Strategies

The Olympiad rewrites the rules. With no external buffs and capped gear, classes with strong baseline mechanics rise to the top. The Tyrant is one of the best โ€” built-in totems and heavy hits make it brutal. A Destroyer with Frenzy can kill in a single combo.

Nukers like the Sorcerer and Spellhowler punish slow classes but fold to daggers such as the Abyss Walker. Archers like the Hawkeye dominate at range. For deeper combat tactics, see the PvP guide.

Rewards

Every match โ€” win or lose โ€” grants Olympiad points. Convert them to tokens, then trade tokens for valuable items: Blessed Enchant Scrolls, Gemstones and more.

The Hero of each class receives a unique Hero weapon with special skills, the Hero aura and access to Hero chat. The status lasts for one Olympiad period.

How to Prepare

To perform well, equip the best gear available, set the right Dyes, and augment your weapon. Practice PvP in the open world and in Non-Classed matches. Learn your class matchups: who you beat and who you should dodge. Before your first run, complete the registration quest.

Matchup Table

Knowing your matchups is the key to winning the Olympiad. Every class has favorable and losing matchups, so you can adapt your tactics before the fight even starts.

ClassStrong againstWeak against
TyrantMost fighters and mages at mid-range (totems + high damage)Daggers (Abyss Walker, Phantom Ranger) with high evasion and kiting
DestroyerShort fights via Frenzy burstMages and archers that kite it to death

HawkeyeMages at maximum rangeFighters that reach melee distance
DaggersMages and archers (universal counter-picks)Tanks with high P.Def

Use this knowledge: choose which matches to register for and which to skip to save your attempts.

Mindset & Mental Game

The Olympiad is not only about mechanics and gear โ€” it is about mental resilience. A losing streak is a normal part of the road to Hero. Don't lose motivation. The best Olympiad players stay calm and review every loss instead of tilting.

Keep notes on your opponents. Memorize the names, classes and tactics of regular rivals. Over time you'll know how each competitor plays and can predict their moves. Never queue while tilted โ€” after 3-4 losses in a row, take a 15-20 minute break.

Plan the Olympiad period in advance. Decide how many matches per day you need. Track your competitors' points and adjust your intensity. The final week is when competition peaks and the Hero race is decided โ€” don't save all your matches for the end; spread the load evenly across the whole month.
