TL;DR: Eva's Saint is the Elven third-class healer โ€” strong healing, the best Recharge in the Elder line for refilling party MP, and Prophecy of Water to empower mages. It shines in mage-heavy parties and sieges; for pure healing a Bishop edges ahead.

Overview

Eva's Saint is the third-class transfer down the Elven Elder line โ€” a full-fledged healer and support, the Elven counterpart to the Bishop. You bring strong healing, excellent party-MP management and Prophecy of Water to empower mages. Your main edge over the Bishop is a more efficient Recharge: if your party runs mages that constantly burn MP, Eva's Saint is the better fit. The class unlocks after level 76 and the third class-transfer quest.

Key Skills

SkillTypeWhat it does
Prophecy of WaterParty buffYour signature buff โ€” boosts the magic stats of the whole party. Game-changing before a mass fight.
Greater HealHealPowerful single-target and party healing, only a touch weaker than the Bishop's.
RechargeMP supportThe trademark of the Elder line โ€” restores an ally's MP, and it works more efficiently on Eva's Saint than on its predecessor.
ResurrectionReviveBrings fallen allies back while preserving part of their lost XP.

On top of these, Eva's Saint carries protective buffs and debuff cleanses to keep the party stable.

Group Play

In a party you are the main healer and MP provider. You're especially valuable to magic DDs โ€” Sorcerer, Spellhowler, Necromancer โ€” who need a steady stream of Recharge. Prophecy of Water empowers mages, so for a mage party you're the best healer choice. In PvP, stay in the back line and support the group with heals and buffs. In sieges and mass fights you're indispensable: mages drain MP fast, and you keep refilling it.

Gear & Build

Wear robes โ€” they grant bonuses to casting speed and MP. Your weapon is magical: a mace or magic blunt plus a shield for extra defense. Pick jewelry that prioritizes MP, casting speed and magic defense. At high levels, take S-grade robe sets with casting-speed bonuses. A shield is critical for PvP survival โ€” you'll be focused first.

Leveling Path

Your path: an Elf mystic becomes Elven Oracle at level 20, then Elven Elder at 40. After level 76 and the class-transfer quest you gain Eva's Saint. Level in a party โ€” killing mobs solo is painfully slow. Find a stable group to farm with. The good news: at high levels Eva's Saint is one of the most in-demand classes, so you'll find a spot fast.

Party Mana Management

Your defining ability is managing the whole party's MP through Recharge. Distribute MP across allies smartly. Priority depends on the composition: Recharge your main magic DDs first (Sorcerer, Spellhowler) โ€” they set the farming pace.

Next come the supports: Prophet, Warcryer or a second healer. Watch everyone's MP bars and cast Recharge ahead of time โ€” don't wait for empty. A skilled Eva's Saint lets the party farm without breaks, which sharply raises XP gain. Don't forget your own MP either โ€” keep mana potions on hand.

PvP & Sieges

In PvP, stay in the back line, as far as possible from enemy DDs. You're a priority target, so positioning is everything. Hide behind your tanks and melee DDs and use them as a shield. If you get focused, immediately pop your shield and protective spells.

In castle sieges you're invaluable: your constant Recharge lets your mages keep landing AoE on attackers or defenders. Prophecy of Water before a mass fight empowers every mage in the party and can decide the battle. If an ally dies, use Resurrection at a safe moment โ€” reviving under fire is a bad idea, since the revived ally just dies again. If your raid has a Shillien Saint, coordinate with them โ€” together you cover both healing and debuffs.
